We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support for our SEN School in Greenwich. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and a passion for working with children with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage information and provide administrative support to the Headteacher's PA
- Support with admissions processes, open events, and the school's annual calendar of events
- Maintain SIMS data and produce management reports
- Administer health and safety records and the school's business management system
- Support with the administration of the school's online training platforms and document management systems
- Assist with governing body administration and policy schedule
- Update the school's website and support with the production of high-quality printed materials
- Support with the administration of the school's assessment database
- Strong administrative background and experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in IT systems, including SIMS
