Job Title: Retail Stockroom Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Stockroom Assistant to join our team at House of CB. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional support to our sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom environment.
  • Perform daily stockroom tasks, including receiving, inspecting, and storing merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Assist the sales team with inventory management, including replenishing stock, processing returns, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales team members, management, and other support teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance stockroom efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail stockroom or inventory management role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
