**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their expanding workforce. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in an accounts department and be looking to broaden their experience and continue their professional studies.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Purchase ledger (AP) matching, coding, payments & reconciliation

• Posting daily cash and bank reconciliations

• Sales ledger invoice processing, receipt matching and credit control

• Ad hoc reporting, analysis, and projects as necessary

**Requirements**

• Solid knowledge of Excel and previous accountancy software usage

• Experience with Sage Intacct, 123 ERP system, Filestream document management, and various Excel spreadsheets
