Aramark UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team as a Site Manager - Food Service at Perth College. This is a full-time and permanent role responsible for developing and executing strategy, advocating for our client, encouraging dedication, driving engagement, and delivering positive financial results.
About the Role:
- Reporting to our Regional Director of Operations, you will own the operations of food service, including breakfast and lunches for both staff and students, as well as managing our busy hospitality offering.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site and the respective teams, adhering to set annual budgets and achieving them.
- Maintain financial information systems as required by Aramark and the client, support with menu planning and stock management, and implement and maintain appropriate procedures on site as outlined by HR, Q&S, and Internal Audits.
- Assume overall responsibility for Quality and Safety compliance on sites, monitor and evaluate site performance and productivity, and maintain good communications and working relationships with your client, key customers, and all staff.
- Consistently and proactively review financial and operational performance of contracts to ensure the achievement of all business and financial targets, identify opportunities at site level, and investigate potential.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of management teams on site and provide regular feedback on performance.
Key Requirements:
- Experience operating as a General Manager in a contract catering/hospitality environment.
- Ability to lead a team to success and drive standards.
- Experience managing a P&L and associated finances.
