We are seeking an experienced Residential Team Leader to join our services at North Lakes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children in our residential services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in residential care.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a residential care setting, preferably with children.
- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
