Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Team Leader to join our services at North Lakes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children in our residential services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in residential care.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a residential care setting, preferably with children.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
