Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth within a designated territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve territory sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including home owners, builders, contractors, and distributors
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, working closely with our technical sales team
  • Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and technical offices to achieve business objectives
  • Generate quotations and manage customer relationships through our CRM system
  • Deal with customer technical product queries and provide on-site support
  • Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers at multiple levels within the distribution network
  • Play a key role in developing the relationship between internal and external sales teams
  • Set up clear sales plans and initiatives with key customers
  • Prepare and present performance reports and presentations on territory performance
  • Work with marketing on customer campaigns, national campaigns, and sales initiatives
Requirements
  • A full driving license
  • Proven experience in a similar role or extensive field-based sales experience
  • Proven sales skills
