Senior Manufacturing Engineer

ASMPT SMT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Weymouth. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to our Manufacturing Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production support for printer build to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of machines.
  • Ensure production documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and that products are built to the correct quality standards.
  • Liaise with other disciplines and departments to develop and deploy test and verification equipment into the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with engineers throughout the design cycle and provide input to design reviews, project plans, and BOM structure.
  • Attend project meetings and communicate outcomes with the Manufacturing Engineering team.
  • Ensure design changes are implemented promptly and flow smoothly into production.
  • Undertake tasks in other production departments as needed, including travel to national and international locations.
  • Electrical and electronic fault finding, diagnosis, and repair.

About You:

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. You will have a BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline, and experience in managing complex projects, communicating effectively, and identifying problems.
