Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of environment artists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality art assets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the game's artistic vision, ensuring all art aligns with the project's overall aesthetic.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow and develop as artists.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as design and programming, to ensure seamless integration of art assets into the game.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on environment art.
- Proven track record of leading art teams on AAA game projects, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results.
