Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing situations.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour, with the option to earn £12.50 per hour on weekends
