About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SCP Recruitment Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in the community and in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal grooming.
  • Accompany individuals on outings, participate in hobbies, and support them in achieving their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other support staff to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full nurse-led training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support.
