As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our client's footprint across various vibrant sectors including fashion, beauty, health, technology, and gifting.

This role is designed for a proactive and driven individual who is adept at identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Expansion:
Conduct thorough research to identify and engage potential clients within targeted industries, cultivating a strong pipeline of prospects.

Sales Process Management:

Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to successful deal closure, ensuring tailored solutions meet client needs.


Client Relationship Development:
Forge robust relationships with new clients, ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Insight:
Keep abreast of market trends and industry shifts to uncover new opportunities.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and team to synchronize sales strategies with overarching growth objectives.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in Business Development or Sales.

Experience in bespoke packaging or similar sectors is advantageous.

Strong sales expertise with the capability to provide consultative solutions.

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
