ABC Teachers is seeking dedicated Sports Coaches to join our team, working in secondary educational institutions as cover supervisors and sports coaches throughout Leicester.

This position offers flexibility, allowing for both full-time and part-time arrangements to accommodate your schedule.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for supervising and managing classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers, delivering pre-set lessons effectively. Your role will involve managing student behavior and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Sports Coach position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience working with children within the last decade.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to adapt to various subjects and teaching methodologies.
  • Flexibility to respond to diverse situations.

Additionally, candidates must be able to provide suitable references, possess a valid DBS Check, and have the legal right to work in the UK (please note that ABC Teachers does not offer sponsorship).

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience, training, or qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have prior experience working with children within the last ten years.
