Job Title: Security Guard SIA Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Savills Management Resources. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site and providing a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work a variety of shifts, including nights, to provide visible security cover to the site.
  2. Monitor CCTV and respond to any incidents or emergencies.
  3. Control access to the site and manage contractors and deliveries.
  4. Assist with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Participate in on-site training for emergency procedures.
  6. Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and other security staff to ensure the site is secure and well-maintained.
  7. Record incidents and maintain accurate records.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  9. Perform minor maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in security services, preferably in a busy environment.
  2. A valid SIA Security Licence and Public Space Surveillance Licence (where necessary).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  6. Basic IT knowledge.
