Programme Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Support Administrator to join our Revalidation Directorate team. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational support across a large and diverse team, working closely with our clinicians to deliver high-quality support.
Main Responsibilities:- Review and manage revalidation connections with the General Medical Council using various online systems
- Review outcomes for Annual Review of Competence Progression panels and provide timely and accurate responses
- Liaise with team members on all aspects of doctors' training and education
- Process and review reports in liaison with the team, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Monitor and respond to various inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Provide excellent communication with Clinical Faculty, Local Education Providers, General Medical Council, and Postgraduate Dentists in Training
- Support the appeal process and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the maintenance of our website and Sharepoint sites
- GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C) or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C) or above in IT/ICT/Microsoft Office, or equivalent
- Nationally recognized qualification in business/office administration at level 3 or above, or equivalent
- Experience of working in an administrative/clerical or secretarial support role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a team or working to deadlines
- Formal course or evidence of understanding of data protection legislation and information governance
