Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Coordinator. This role will support the delivery of specified apprenticeship programmes to learners, meeting the requirements of local employers and equipping learners with the skills for their future.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate and deliver learner interviews, induction, and enrolments for new apprentices within Engineering and Construction programmes.
- Ensure the timely completion of appropriate paperwork and administration tasks.
- Monitor and track enrolment, registration, and exam claims for apprenticeships within the curriculum areas.
- Liaise with the End Point Assessment Coordinator to confirm activity as required.
- Schedule and co-ordinate Internal Verification processes.
- Experience working within an administrative role, including reporting data on a regular basis.
- Ideal experience of apprenticeship qualifications in any capacity.
- Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake), as well as a Level 2 Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Access to local government pensions scheme.
- Up to 41 days annual leave per year, including closure during the Christmas period.
