Job Summary:

Arguile Search is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for leading the negotiation of new business with clients and managing contract negotiations for deals across multiple market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, liabilities, and commitments to ensure a clear understanding of potential impacts on the business.
  • Review, draft, update, and maintain contract documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on performance and compliance against contractual obligations, including commercial performance, financial management, and contract management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and work with contract delivery teams to ensure effective management of change requests and implementation.
  • Report on progress of change requests and projects, and review contract performance to assess commercial risks and take appropriate steps to manage them.
  • Prevent and resolve contractual disputes, and ensure adherence to Group Commercial Policy.
  • Support client engagement teams in all commercial aspects post-contract signature to achieve orders, profit, and cash budget targets, and manage client relationships.
  • Collaborate with delivery streams to provide clear direction and support in the delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a pre-contract signature environment.
  • Experience working closely with finance, operations, and technical specialists.
  • Ability to negotiate with customers and have a good understanding of both legal and financial aspects of contracts.
