Hotel Operations Role

Village Hotels - Leeds North - Reception / Nights is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where our team members are the driving force behind our success. As a Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hotel operations run smoothly throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the night team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests.
  • Proactively solve problems and think on your feet to respond to any issues that may arise during the night.
  • Support all hotel departments, including front of house, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage the night team's workload and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our hotel is running at its best and that our guests have an exceptional experience.
