Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Night Shift Operations Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility. As a Night Shift Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our night shift operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Night Shift Supervisor in managing the team and production schedule
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the shift
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure timely resolution
- Motivate and support team members to achieve performance targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
