Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead Nurse at our care home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to develop their leadership skills and take on a new challenge in a supportive and friendly work environment. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
  • Previous leadership experience in a nursing or care setting
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse in a similar role or in a nursing home
