Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Solutions Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our Customer Relationship Management system within a prestigious consultancy firm. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal use of CRM tools to enhance client engagement and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to maintain data integrity and streamline operational processes supported by the CRM.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to implement and sustain marketing analytics dashboards and ongoing reporting.
  • Investigate and rectify outdated data fields to ensure accuracy.
  • Partner with the development team to design and execute a roadmap for system enhancements.
  • Engage with end-users and developers to define and prioritize functionality requests.
  • Gather, analyze, and articulate end-user requirements for CRM data access and usability.
  • Support the formulation and execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with analysts and system owners in testing new CRM applications.
  • Conduct research on emerging CRM technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems in a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics is essential; experience with Peppermint is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in directing the development and implementation of CRM software solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with automated software management tools.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, and security.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Available for a contract commitment.
