Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement team in Hampshire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading holistic assessments to address reablement needs and planning, implementing, and reviewing interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead holistic assessments to address reablement needs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration. You will also need to have a current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
