We are actively seeking top finance talent to join our renowned Finance federation. Our diverse team works across various disciplines, including Capital Allocation & Business Control, Treasury, Tax, Business Integration, and Audit. The Role: Director, Central Finance
As a Director in our Central Finance team, you will lead a high-performing team and drive impactful projects. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading & Developing Teams: Guide and mentor your team to achieve excellence.
- Process Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to automate central processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Financial Analysis & Insights: Produce robust financial analysis and recommendations through sophisticated business modeling. You'll be a hands-on leader who drives results.
- Strategic Communication: Consolidate financial information and present it in a compelling manner to Executive leadership, ensuring clear understanding and informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization, supporting teams in achieving their financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation.
Your Profile
We are looking for individuals with:
- A Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong experience in one or more of the following sectors: Telecommunications, Technology, Media & Entertainment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
