We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Cast UK Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Customer Service Team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our sales and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously assess staff against identified performance criteria and address issues of performance and conduct by applying company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all training requirements are met and regularly reviewed to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with our Field Sales team to ensure effective coordination of sales activities and achieve our sales targets.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting our high standards of customer service.
- Continually seek to improve communications between branch functions to achieve the highest levels of customer service and drive business growth.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
