Human Capital Solutions UK is seeking a talented Mechanical Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Building Services Engineering and Sustainability Consultancy, you will work closely with our directors and be responsible for leading a range of exciting projects across the UK and abroad.

With a strong background in mechanical design engineering, you will have a broad range of project experience and a proven track record of seeing projects through from concept to construction. You will be a key part of our connected and collaborative team, comprising MEP Design Engineers, Building Physics Engineers, Revit Technicians, and Sustainability Engineers.

As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to mentor and manage a team of Mechanical Engineers, while also driving continuous innovation and best practices across the built environment. You will be encouraged to use digital tools to improve the design process, and will be part of a company that promotes a good work-life balance and core values of quality, staff retention, and innovation.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least eight (8) years' experience in a Mechanical design Engineer within the built environment.
  • Broad range of project experience and seeing projects through from concept to construction.
