Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Office Co-ordinator to join our busy Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering O license data, conducting research, and writing reports to support Team Leaders, Managers, and Drivers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and support equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing expertise in administering O license data to support Team Leaders, Managers, and Drivers.
  2. Carrying out research and writing reports to inform business decisions.
  3. Monitoring and supporting Attendance Management and associated processes.
  4. Ensuring payroll data is accurate and up-to-date.
