Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, moving and handling, and clinical support to our service users, as well as promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with moving and handling, including transferring and repositioning service users
  • Administer medication and provide clinical support as required
  • Promote independence and well-being by encouraging service users to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements:
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Covid Vaccinations
