Siren Craft Brew: Join Our Sales Team

We are seeking a highly organized and diligent individual to support our sales growth. As a Field Sales Representative, you will work closely with our remote team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales support and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure satisfactory resolutions
  • Provide clear and timely reporting to the Head of Sales
  • Accurately input data into relevant systems
  • Maintain accurate customer information using our CRM

Requirements:

  • Confidence on the phone and proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Passion for the craft beer industry and our brand
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
