Are you passionate about driving business growth and advancing scientific discovery? We're seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Europe and make a meaningful impact on our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through telesales and lead prospecting
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecasts to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a sales territory through effective time and territory planning
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Molecular Devices' system portfolio
  • Maintain and develop revenue through current and new channel partners
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Develop and maintain a high degree of accuracy and integrity in prospect and customer databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and product developments
  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of marketing programs

Requirements:

  • Degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in Inside Sales or Telemarketing within the Life Sciences industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, organized, and a team player
  • Fluency in French (and other European languages a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce and analytical tools like Power BI
  • Ability to work in an international environment with global accounts
