Position Overview:
We are seeking a Strategic Procurement Business Partner to join our leading engineering and repair organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality and cost-efficient solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in negotiations for commercial agreements.
  • Evaluate bids for the selection of subcontractors to support operations in our engineering, electrical, painting, and fabrication departments.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms by suppliers and address any arising issues promptly.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience in procurement.
  • A relevant qualification in procurement (CIPS, MCIPS, or equivalent).
  • Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of contract management.

This role will involve collaboration across the Commercial and Procurement teams, working closely with department leaders to align contract negotiations with business objectives. The focus will primarily be on contracts related to subcontractors, encompassing estimations, requests for quotes, risk management, and the selection of suppliers.
