About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Manager to lead our EMEA team and drive the attraction and retention of top talent in software and hardware engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet hiring targets and maintain high standards in recruitment work.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Manage client relationships with key Axon leaders and serve as a valued partner in building a R&D presence in EMEA.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to make informed decisions and track progress.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing technical recruiters.
  • 5+ years of experience with direct client management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
