Overview

Contract: Permanent, part-time hours per week.



Work Environment

Our locations are steeped in history, showcasing the evolution of architecture and art through the ages. The spaces you will help maintain are filled with exquisite furnishings, remarkable artworks, and unique collections that tell the stories of our heritage.



Key Responsibilities

As a Collections Coordinator, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the meticulous upkeep and presentation of our collections. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor environmental conditions and identify any signs of deterioration. You will also maintain precise records of your observations.

This role involves engaging with visitors, sharing insights about the collections and the preservation work being undertaken. You will be an integral part of a larger team, assisting wherever necessary.

This part-time position will focus on preparing the visitor experience each day, with 10.5 hours scheduled over two or three days per week, including weekends. Please refer to the attached role profile for a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities.
