Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Sustainability Strategist to develop and implement strategies that align with our company's sustainability vision. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our sustainability journey and driving positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze sustainability-related data to measure the impact of initiatives and provide valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote and embed sustainability practices, fostering a culture of sustainability across the organization.
3. Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed sustainability reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience in ESG or Sustainability: A deep understanding of ESG principles, sustainability practices, and relevant frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD) is essential to contribute to our ESG strategy and reporting effectively.
2. Strong Analytical Skills: The ideal candidate should have experience in data collection and analysis, mainly related to sustainability metrics, to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
3. Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: The candidate should possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promote sustainability initiatives, and ensure alignment with our environmental goals.
