In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison and cultivate enduring relationships with our esteemed clients while collaborating closely with all operational teams. Your profound comprehension of their business requirements will enable you to offer strategic insights and solutions that yield measurable results. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your peers, sharing your knowledge to enhance the overall effectiveness of our customer success division.

Familiarity with ChurnZero is a considerable advantage, as it is an essential tool for this position. Your expertise with ChurnZero will empower you to drive customer success more efficiently, ensuring that we fulfill our commitment to maximizing customer value.

We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to elevate our client relationships to new heights.

As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our offerings. Building and sustaining robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to assist clients in achieving their objectives. Proactively identifying opportunities for clients to utilize our solutions, driving product adoption and engagement. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and address any challenges that arise. Analyzing customer data to derive insights into usage trends and potential areas for enhancement, providing actionable recommendations to clients. Leading customer success initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices that improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Mentoring and coaching junior Customer Success Managers, aiding them in skill development and career advancement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Several years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Proven history of managing and expanding key client relationships in a B2B environment. Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for driving customer success. Experience with ChurnZero is highly beneficial. Willingness and ability to travel as necessary to meet with clients and participate in industry events. Experience in EDI is advantageous. Proficiency in German and/or Danish is a plus.
