About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Showroom Host at our Land Rover dealership. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers and visitors receive a warm and courteous welcome, promoting professionalism and the family-run feel of the Sinclair Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a presence at the reception desk at all times, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
  • Answer all calls swiftly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate departments and ensuring a prompt response.
  • Ensure the reception area and showroom are maintained throughout the day, creating a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Manage the customer experience, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their visit, and liaising closely with sales and aftersales departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer skills essential, with the ability to use own initiative and multi-task.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner, and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and customers.
  • Flexibility to cover holidays/absence is essential, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
