Digital Skills Academy with Version 1

Are you interested in a career in Digital Services? We have training opportunities available for candidates who want to develop their IT skills and earn industry-recognised certifications.

What You Will Learn
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Cisco Cybersecurity Essentials
  • Java
  • Human Insights
  • Design Thinking

During the training academy, you will receive a weekly training allowance of £175, be reimbursed weekly travel expenses, and may be eligible for childcare allowance. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be guaranteed a job interview with Version 1.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have been awarded at least a level 5 qualification in a relevant STEM subject or a 2:2 in any degree discipline
  • Have a right to work and to undertake Assured Skills training in the UK and not be disqualified from doing either by reason of immigration status
  • Be eligible for UK security clearance

Apply online by completing an application form and online psychometric assessment. The application process will involve an online interview and an in-person assessment day. Successful candidates will be offered a place on the Academy.

Training Dates

Training will start on 13 January 2025 and finish on 7 March 2025. Applicants must be available for the entire duration of the training period.
