About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Livability. As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, taking direction from their support plans and the people they support.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided, in line with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication as required.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions, with the opportunity to earn an additional £60 per sleep-in.
