Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Business Manager to join our team at Playful Promises, a leading lingerie and swim business. As a Wholesale Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of our wholesale and digital concession business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and profitability in the wholesale and digital concession business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new customers, including key members of the sales team.
- Administrate wholesale orders and manage customer relationships to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Act as a point of escalation for digital concession and provide support to the sales team as needed.
- Work closely with the Commercial & Design Director to bring on new exclusive wholesale business and private label customers.
- Attend all planned trade shows, including the management of exhibiting, inviting current and new customers, and show follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and gaps in the market that we could supply into.
- Monitor, track, and evidence business activity to work towards business set targets and KPIs.
- Be an advocate for our women-focused brands and amazing range of products.
Requirements:
- Excel literate and experience with MS Dynamics Business Central/Shopify to manage orders is a plus.
- Good knowledge and contacts in the clothing sector, ideally in lingerie.
- Outgoing personality with a positive mindset and the ability to use your own initiative.
