About the Role

Hamiltonian Dynamics is a leading technology company in the Defence and Cyber Security industries, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to achieve satisfaction, deliver high-quality results, and manage commercial constraints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working directly with their staff and consultants from other organizations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Lead agile Scrum teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Support the team's Scrum rules and processes.
