About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering individuals to live independently in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Utilize mobile technology to record and deliver quality care, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
