Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Fieldwork Scheduler to join our team at Proinsight Mystery Shopping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for allocating mystery shops to our network of Mystery Shoppers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate mystery shops to Mystery Shoppers within agreed deadlines
  • Deliver excellent briefings to Mystery Shoppers to ensure delivery of mystery shops in accordance with client requirements
  • Ensure all mystery shops are submitted by Mystery Shoppers within agreed deadlines
  • Achieve 100% export of mystery shop results by the end of the month
  • Investigate and resolve client challenges and hurdles using Speed and Quality
  • Build strengths of Mystery Shoppers through developing them into Platinum, Video, and OECs
  • Recruit Mystery Shoppers in hard-to-reach areas using online recruitment boards and other tools
  • Manage and utilize shared inboxes to achieve companies' response SLA%'s
  • Lead training and coaching sessions within departmental meetings to offer support and guidance to team members
  • Hold review sessions to forecast, plan, and execute to improve
  • Perform successful scheduling drives/sprints at challenging points in the month to motivate team members
  • Devise plans and call drives to enhance the shopper database
  • Manage trial programs, new, and priority clients with the Business Development team
  • Support shortfalls and gaps in the business with recruitment needs
  • Have confidence in your ability to lead team members and keep people engaged
  • Develop ways and processes to improve efficiency through the Operations team
  • Work with the Head of Operations on handling client challenges and appeals
