Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to provide financial analysis and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Report on monthly performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Support other members of the finance team with analysis and ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be highly analytical with advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is preferred.
  • Experience building budgets and forecasts, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
