Business Analyst

SRG is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Gibraltar. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing and optimizing business processes related to telecommunications services.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational maintenance and continuous improvement of functions within the business or technical domain
- Dimensioning in line with business requirements
- Participation in planning, development, design, engineering, architecture, integration, testing, acceptance, optimization, and implementation activities within the technical domain
- Contribution to the definition and execution of multi-year roadmaps aligned with the company's technical strategy and business objectives
- Business Process Analysis
- Analysis and optimization of business processes related to telecommunications services, including billing, charging, and customer experience
- Collaboration with stakeholders to define and document business requirements based on ITIL / eTOM models
- 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role
- Subject matter expertise in one or more areas of technology, infrastructure, software, or services, with a generalist approach across the technical function
- ITIL / eTOM models
- Experience with Agile, Scrum
