Key Responsibilities:

  2. **Workday Integrations**: Experience with Workday integrations to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
  3. **Troubleshooting and Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  4. **HR Stakeholder Management**: Manage HR stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. **Business Process Understanding**: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to HCM, Absence, Time, Recruitment, and Security.
  6. **Workday Solution Implementation**: Configure and implement Workday solutions based on client specifications and best practices.
  7. **Knowledge Transfer**: Support the existing HRIS team with knowledge transfer to ensure continuity and efficiency.
  8. **System Testing and Validation**: Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation of Workday configurations and enhancements.
Requirements:
  1. **Workday Experience**: Previous experience as a Workday Consultant or Workday HRIS consultant with a focus on Absence, Recruitment, and HR modules.
  2. **Certifications**: Certified in Workday Absence, Payroll, and HR modules.
  3. **HR Knowledge**: Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  4. **Location**: Must be located in the UK.
  5. **Availability**: Availability to commit to work over a 2-3 period, approximately 1-2 days per week, with time billed only for work done.
