Customer Service Advisor - Delivery Support Team

Sheffield (S2 5DD) - Hybrid Working. 2 Days per month in the office

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Delivery Support Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving claims related to damage to customers' property caused by delivery or installation of big box items, white goods engineers, or faulty appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate customer and delivery centre details
  • Assess claims and process settlements
  • Support our Delivery Partners and track claims
  • Offer support services, including booking installation checks
