We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Lecturer/Tutor to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to our students, focusing on MSc Systemic Family Therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver systemic training and teaching to a range of professionals, including students, managers, and commissioners.
- Develop, coordinate, and participate in all aspects of the training course, including curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that our training programs are aligned with national policy and strategic context of Family and Systemic Psychotherapy training.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based systemic interventions and promote anti-racist practices and social justice in systemic family psychotherapy.
- Collaborate with our team to evaluate risks in complex situations and provide advice to other professionals regarding these.
- Professional qualification in one of the main mental health, health, or social care professions with post-qualification experience in mental health relevant settings.
- Masters/Diploma level qualification (or its equivalent) in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy accredited with UKCP.
- Evidence of continuing personal and professional development.
- Substantial experience of delivering training and supervision to a range of professionals.
- Substantial experience of working clinically in a range of relevant agencies, such as the NHS, social care, or voluntary sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively in a range of modalities, and ability to travel, work in a range of settings, and work flexibly.
