Systemic Family Psychotherapy Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Family Psychotherapy Lecturer to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to our students, focusing on Family and Systemic Practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver systemic training and teaching to a range of professionals, including students, managers, and commissioners.
- Develop and coordinate training courses, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with our team to design and deliver training programs that promote anti-racist practices and social justice.
- Contribute to the development of our training materials, ensuring they are evidence-based and relevant to the needs of our students.
- Provide supervision and support to our students, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in Family and Systemic Practice.
- Professional qualification in a relevant mental health or social care profession, with post-qualification experience in mental health settings.
- Masters/Diploma level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, accredited by the UKCP.
- Substantial experience of delivering training and supervision to a range of professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a range of modalities and to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to travel, work in a range of settings, and work flexibly.
