We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Family Psychotherapy Lecturer to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to our students, focusing on Family and Systemic Practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver systemic training and teaching to a range of professionals, including students, managers, and commissioners.
- Develop and coordinate training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with our team to design and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to students, ensuring they receive high-quality training and education.
- Contribute to the development of our training programs, including curriculum design, assessment, and evaluation.
- Professional qualification in one of the main mental health, health, or social care professions, with post-qualification experience in mental health settings.
- Masters/Diploma level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, accredited with UKCP.
- Evidence of continuing personal and professional development, including training and education in systemic practice.
- Substantial experience of delivering training and supervision to a range of professionals, including students, managers, and commissioners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a range of modalities and to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to travel, work in a range of settings, and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years.
