Software Technical Lead - Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Technical Lead - Product Owner to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing budgets, engaging with stakeholders, reviewing documents, and acting as the Software Design Authority.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days working from home, and requires an understanding of the Software Lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing customers, both internally and externally, and ensuring that project budgets are used efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Maintain and communicate project schedules and coordinate with the team to meet delivery milestones
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Act as Software Design Authority and ensure quality standards are met
  • Control and prioritize project backlogs
  • Support the creation of project and release documentation
  • Experience of Agile practices such as Scrum
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
  • C++ / C# experience
  • Familiarity with Mission Planning software
  • Experience in Automated Testing
