They operate several well-established residential facilities that are fully compliant with regulatory standards.As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and personal growth of the young individuals entrusted to our client's care.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance with Organizational Policies
- Child Care Practices
- Providing Supervision and Guidance
- Ensuring Safeguarding Measures
Transportation Duties:
- Serve as a driver when necessary, assisting in the transportation of young individuals to educational institutions, extracurricular activities, and shopping excursions.
Overnight Responsibilities:
- Fulfill overnight duties as per your assigned schedule.
- Previous experience in residential childcare is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Skills gained from other care or educational environments are transferable.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent qualifications are required for senior positions.
- A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
