This is a full-time, permanent position with a rotational shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. The successful candidate will have a salary of up to £31,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave, and a comprehensive benefits package including a company-sponsored pension scheme, private medical and dental insurance, and a 24/7 online GP service. Your responsibilities will include supporting the operation with system issues and technical knowledge, escalating issues to correct teams, investigating ad-hoc issues, and providing subject matter expertise to support Systems-related projects. You will also be responsible for completing and building new or one-off reports as required by the operation and the customer. To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience with WMS systems, DLX knowledge, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
